These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website attributionmainapp.com (the "Website") operated by Attribution Main ("we", "us"). By accessing the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website is an informational resource describing our activity as a mobile application development and user acquisition studio. It does not sell products or services online, does not host user accounts and does not process payments.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, layout, graphics, logos, icons and source code — is owned by Attribution Main or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the Website's content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-party names and marks referenced on this Website (including but not limited to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Moloco, Unity, Apple and Google) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms and technologies we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, conduct automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Attribution Main.
4. Mobile applications
Applications published by Attribution Main are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are additionally governed by the terms of those platforms and by any end-user licence agreement presented within the application itself. Where those terms conflict with these Terms in relation to an application, the application-specific terms prevail.
5. Business enquiries
Information submitted to us by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us an enquiry does not create any contractual relationship; any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
6. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of services, channels and technologies reflect our activity at the time of publication and may change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attribution Main shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Website.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
